Five-time African champions, Cameroon, suffered defeat in their second friendly of the international break after losing to South Korea in Seoul on Tuesday afternoon.

Tottenham Hotspur forward Son Heung-min's first half header separated the two sides, as Cameroon ended their international break with two defeats.

South Korea came into the game poised for victory after a 2-2 draw against Costa Rica last Friday, and after dominating the early minutes of the game, the breakthrough came with ten minutes to half time.

Hueng-min headed home the opener after Kim Jin-su's cross was deflected by goalkeeper Andre Onana.

Cameroon nearly levelled moments later after Bryan Mbeumo's strike ricocheted off the body of defender Kwon Kyung-won before hitting the crossbar.

South Korea returned from the break hoping to double their lead, and had chances to get another but Cameroon were resilient in defence.

The Africans lost their first friendly 2-0 to Uzbekistan last Friday.

Sadio Mane scores as Senegal beat Bolivia in friendly

Earlier, Sports Brief reported that Bayern Munich forward Sadio Mane was on target for African champions Senegal as they strolled to victory against Bolivia in an international friendly in France on Saturday.

The 30-year-old forward converted from the spot to add to Boulaye Dia's early goal as Senegal tested their strength against the South American nation.

Senegal got off to a great start after Boulaye Dia broke the deadlock just four minutes into the match, meeting a pass from Pathe Ciss.

Ghana arrives in Spain ahead of Nicaragua friendly

The senior national football team of Ghana, the Black Stars, arrived in Lorca, Spain ahead of their international friendly against Nicaragua on Tuesday evening.

Ghana will engage the South Americans at the Estadio Francisco Artes Carrasco, as preparations continue ahead of the World Cup in Qatar.

In a video posted on social media, the team were welcomed by fans in Spain as they touched down.
