The senior national football team of Ghana, the Black Stars, arrived in Lorca, Spain ahead of their international friendly against Nicaragua on Tuesday evening.

Ghana will engage the South Americans at the Estadio Francisco Artes Carrasco, as preparations continue ahead of the World Cup in Qatar.

In a video posted on social media, the team were welcomed by fans in Spain as they touched down.

The Black Stars will be hoping to make amends after their defeat to Brazil on Friday, in the first of two friendlies during the international break.

Paris Saint-Germain defender Marquinhos opened the scoring after eight minutes to add to Richarlison's double, as the South Americans defeated Ghana in Le Havre.

The Selacaos got off to a bright start with Richarlison getting the first chance after just four minutes, but the Tottenham forward missed by inches.
