The Ghanaian striker opted to remain with the Buccaneers, despite receiving interest from other sides both in Africa and in Europe.
Kick Off reported that Libya’s Al Ahli Tripoli have been making the most attempts to sign Peprah, but that Pirates have also received interest for the player from clubs in Egypt, Sweden, Belgium, Greece, and Austria.
The publication reported that Peprah is keen to earn a place in Ghana’s World Cup squad and believes that staying with Pirates will give him the best chance to do just that.

The World Cup starts in November, and Ghana have been drawn into the same group as Portugal, Uruguay, and South Korea.

The 20-year-old has impressed in his maiden season for Orlando Pirates, scoring five goals in 21 games for the Pirates.
Peprah will compete for the award against Athenkosi Mcaba of Stellenbosch FC and SuperSport United star Luke Fleurs.
