Perisic is set to reunite with Antonio Conte at Spurs after quitting Inter Milan on a free transfer.
Daily Mail reports the Croatian's transfer was confirmed by Tottenham just moments after he penned an emotional tribute to Inter Milan fans.
Ivan Perisic trolls Arsenal after Tottenham move
The 33-year-old has not wasted time proving he was cut for Tottenham after he trolled the club's bitter rivals, Arsenal.
Speaking after his transfer to the Antonio Conte-tutored side, Perisic claimed he was certain Tottenham would finish ahead of Arsenal in the just-concluded Premier League season.
"I was waiting [in] the last two to three games, I was watching. After the victory against Arsenal, it was obvious Tottenham would go in the Champions League and it was good for me because I want to play the best games, do a great job in the Champions League and Premier League and both cups," Perisic told Spurs TV.
"I'm really excited to start with the Spurs family. When I got a call from the coach and sporting director, I said I really wanted to play in the Premier League," he added.
While the star forward is delighted to finally get a shot at the Premier League, he was quick to pay tribute to the Inter Milan fanbase.
