Ghanaian-born female footballer Freda Ayisi has underlined the age-old adage of "what a man can do, a woman can equally do" with a complete replica of Paul Pogba's latest skill challenge dubbed "The Smoothie."
Pogba, whose contract with Manchester United expires at the end of the season, recently unleashed the "Smoothie" challenge on social media, which has since gone viral.
His latest challenge has seen many social media users trying out their hands at Pogba's skill challenge but one person who has proved she can match and even best a skill challenge is Lewes FC Women forward Freda Ayisi.
The former Arsenal and Birmingham attacker who plays in the Women’s Championship in England is renowned for her majestic set of skills, which leaves both her opponents and spectators bewitched by her flawless football artistry.
In a post on Twitter, spotted by Sports Brief, Freda dropped a video matching Pogba's 'Smoothie' challenge with breathless effort.
What is the Smoothie challenge about?

It is a football skill challenge which sees the 2018 World Cup winner juggle the ball with both feet at different angles.
