Spanish giants Barcelona are reportedly interested in the signing of Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski and the Catalans would go for his signature at the end of the ongoing season.

A two or three-year contract is in the making worth £25m to £33m per season as the 33-year-old plots his next move.

How many goals has Robert Lewandowski scored for Bayern Munich this season?

After 40 games in all competitions this season, Robert Lewandowski has scored 46 goals for Bayern Munich which is an incredible record for the Polish striker.

Ronaldo, Messi missing as UEFA releases names of top Champions League scorers

Earlier, Sports Brief had reported how UEFA chiefs have released the names of the top scorers so far this season in the Champions League with Manchester United star Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi missing on the list.

These two players have been amongst the stars to watch in the Champions League in the last 10 seasons due to their brilliant performances for their clubs.

However, things have not gone the way of Ronaldo and Lionel Messi this season as none of them would get the golden prize for the highest goalscorer.

Interestingly, Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi have both crashed out of the Champions League this season and these two players would have to watch the final on television.

Manchester United were sent out of the Champions League in the round of 16 by Atletico Madrid, while Lionel Messi and his teammates at Paris Saint-Germain lost against Real Madrid.
