Lazio 3-1 Juventus: Italy Champions blown away in Roma despite Ronaldo goal
Maurizio Sarri suffered his first defeat as Juventus manager as the Old lady surrendered the Serie A lead after being thumped 3-1 by Lazio at the Stadio Olimpico.
Cristiano Ronaldo put the away side in the lead in the 25th minute after a nice passage of play gave him a fairly simple tap in goal.

At the stroke of half time, Lazio drew level as Luiz Felipe found the net from a pass from team mate Luis Alberto.
The game was finely for large parts of the second half, although Lazio looked the more likely to get the next goal as they consistently tested Wojciech Szczęsny.

The scale was however tipped Lazio’s side after Juventus winger Juan Cuadrado was shown a red card for a lunging tackle.
Juve, who are Italian champions for the past seven seasons, were hanging on from then and they eventually fell behind as the hosts scored through a superb effort from Sergej Milinkovic.
Szczęsny was in top form on the night as he saved a penalty from top scorer Ciro Immobile but that was not enough to inspire a comeback as Lazio found a third goal at the very death through Felipe Calcedo who scored a rebound after a quick counter attack.

The result means Inter Millan will go into the next round of matches at the top of the table after they came away with a point against Roma on Friday, December 6.
Having dropped points against Sassuolo in their last outing Juve now find themselves in real danger of losing their title to Antonio Conte’s men as they lie second on 36 points, two behind Inter.
