The Ghana Football Association are yet to name a coach for the Black Stars ahead of the World Cup qualifiers against Nigeria in March this year.
There are reports the federation will be settling on former Newcastle manager Chris Hughton after the 63-year-old tactician arrived in Ghana some few weeks ago.
However, the spokesperson of the Association, Henry Asante Twum has denied such reports, revealing the FA has only spoken to former player Otto Addo.
"The FA hasn’t taken any such decision, with specific reference to the last meeting before the President travelled, it was Otto Addo coming in as the stop gap coach for the two matches," he told Starr FM.
“There was no discussion about his assistants," he added.
