Information have emerged that current Chelsea coach Thomas Tuchel was forced to quickly arrange himself last year when he was told there was an urgent meeting with Abramovich.

This was the next morning after Chelsea won the Champions League beating Manchester City in the final in which the Blues' owner and all their supporters around the world were happy.

And after the Champions League victory, Thomas Tuchel was said to be chilling with gin and tonic all night not knowing that he would meet Roman Abramovich the net morning.

According to the report on Mirror and Football London, Chelsea director Marina called Thomas Tuchel around 4.30am that he would be meeting Russian billionaire Abramovich by 7.30am.

And what happened after he got the information?

The report added that Thomas Tuchel quickly switched to coca-cola after being told that he would be meeting owner of Chelsea Roman Abramovich.

When was Thomas Tuchel appointed Chelsea coach?

The German football manager was appointed as Chelsea coach on January 26, 2021 as a replacement for for club's legend Fran Lampard who was sacked for poor result.

Chelsea are currently occupying 3rd position on the Premier League table with 47 points after 24 games played so far this season.

The 28-year-old has continued to assist the African nation through his non-governmental organization, the Antonio Rudiger Foundation.

Only recently, he was said to have donated $100,000 to help boost the educational system of the country.
