Man United icon Gary Neville has given Liverpool and Chelsea hope of catching up with Premier League pacesetters, Man City.
City are currently topping the charts with 57 points and enjoy a nine-point lead on the summit as the second half of the season hots up.
Pep Guardiola's charges cemented their place at the top following a scintillating run of results that saw them win 18 of their 23 matches.
However, the English champions faltered at the weekend after they were held to a 1-1 draw against Southampton, a result that effectively ended their 12-match winning run.

FootballGiven City's dominance this term, a number of fans and pundits have declared the title race over with more than 15 matches still to be played.
However, Neville is of a contrary opinion, with the former England international predicting there could be a twist that could see Chelsea and Liverpool catch up with City.
"Things like [City’s 1-1 draw at Southampton] give a little bit of encouragement. City are a machine and you don’t expect them to make a lot of mistakes – but they could, and Liverpool and Chelsea have got to believe that," Neville said on his Sky Sports podcast.
"I think the quality in the Premier League this season is outstanding and it doesn’t deserve to have someone winning it by 15 points," he added.
Earlier, Sports Brief reported struggling Premier League side, Watford, have sacked Claudio Ranieri as manager less than four months at the helm.

The veteran Italian boss could only manage seven points from a possible 39, with the side's string of poor results plunging them into the relegation zone.
