Ghanaians have been divided over the availability of Black Stars midfielder Mohammed Kudus for the Nations Cup in Cameroon this month after he returned to training at Ajax.
Although the 21-year-old has been included in Ghana coach Milovan Rajevac's final squad for the tournament, the midfielder has been in Portugal with Ajax for the mid-season camping.
In photos posted by the club on Twitter, Ghanaian football fans have reacted with varied opinions. Some want him in the team while others believe he has to stay at Ajax to fully recover.
Mohammed Kudus picked up an injury while playing for the Black Stars in the final Group G World Cup qualifier against South Africa on November 14, 2021.
He spent the last two months on the sidelines and just returned to training.
"We need him in Doha and not in Portugal. Why are you doing this?," wrote Kofi Offei on Twitter.
"Don't let him play for Ghana until Qatar 2022 injuries is killing our boy," adds Kwadwo Bonsu.
"Good one there Ajax media," wrote Elikem Pele.
"Ajax please the players career is paramount. Do not risk him - will be to see him play in Champions League knockouts," wrote Asante Kotoko News.
Paa Kwesi added: "Please, let him come for only 3 matches. We'll understand."
