In January 2019, Jordan was signed by WWE under the WWE Raw brand together with six other athletes to train as a wrestler. His well-built body gave him an upper hand in the profession. He is also known for his calmness and friendly personality.
Jordan made his debut in a house show in 2019, beating Ever-Rise in a handicap match. He also appeared as a part of Akira Tozawa's band of ninjas and AJ Styles team. The former basketball star made his in-ring wrestling debut in July 2020. He knocked the Miz off a ladder at TLC and prevented him from winning the WWE Championship.
