“I don't think about that much. Now, I'm just focused on this season. I still have a contract for two more years. And then we'll see in two years. I'll be 33, so let's see what can happen.
“It's been a few seasons that I've not been playing that much, so for me, it's like the [first] full one now with this club. I just want to show what I can do on the pitch. That's my only target.”

Hazard only made 23 appearances for Real Madrid last season with the Belgian international making just 7 La Liga starts for the Spanish champions.

Courtois says pre-season results don't count after Barcelona loss

Meanwhile, Real Madrid goalkeeper, Thibaut Courtois has stated that the Los Blancos players won't be impacted by the outcome of the preseason Clasico between Barcelona and Real Madrid Marca reports.

The La Liga champions lost 1-0 to Barcelona in a pre-season friendly duel that took place in Las Vegas on Sunday, July 24, with this being Real Madrid's first game of the summer.

The Belgian goalkeeper believes the game is important for the team to find their rhythm going into the football season, but the results are not as important.

Real Madrid finally gives up on Eden Hazard

Earlier, Sports Brief reported Real Madrid are fed up with Eden Hazard’s injury crisis and poor form and are now ready to listen to offers for the Belgian winger this summer.

Los Blancos signed the 31-year-old from English Premier League side Chelsea for €102million in 2019 but Hazard has struggled to replicate his best form for the Spanish champions.

Real Madrid has now placed a €50million price tag on Hazard as they want to recoup some of the transfer fees they paid to sign him and also get rid of his huge €9million salary.
