Two of the world’s best rappers, Drake and Kendrick Lamar, could now step between the ropes of a WWE ring after The Heartbreak Kid, Shawn Michaels, invited them to come and settle things.

Drake and Lamar’s feud explained

The two rappers have been engaged in a lengthy feud, often releasing diss tracks about each other.

USA Today noted that the feud has been simmering since 2013, but intensified in March when Lamar claimed that there were no big three in rap (Drake, J. Cole and Lamar), just ‘big me’.

Drake then responded with a track of his own, and the duo have gone back and forth, with a total of nine diss tracks made this year.

The latest caused quite a stir as Lamar alleged that Drake liked to groom young girls.

How Shawn Michaels became involved in feud

It seems strange that a former WWE Champion would be involved in a feud between two rappers, but thanks to Lamar’s song, that's what happened, Indy100 reported.

In the song Not Like Us, the 36-year-old from Compton referenced the WWE Hall of Famer when he rapped, "Put the whole label on me, I'ma get 'em dropped, Sweet Chin Music, and I won't pass the aux."

Michaels used the Sweet Chin Music as his finishing move in the WWE. Now the Lead Creative of NXT, Michaels wasted no time inviting the rappers to WWE’s developmental brand to settle their differences.

Davido mocks Drake over lost bet

Sports Brief reported how Nigerian artist Davido trolled Drake after his recent betting loss.

The Canadian superstar bet heavily on Francis Ngannou to beat Anthony Joshua in their boxing match.

AJ wasted little time during the bout, knocking out the Cameroonian fighter in the second round.
