  • Vince McMahon also had an impromptu match at WrestleMania and then got stunned by Stone Cold Steve Austin
  • Nigeria's giant, Omos and Ghana's Kofi Kingston both suffered defeats on the grandest stage of them all

The most stupendous two-night WrestleMania in history lived up to its billing as Night 2 of the showcase of immortals was just as good as night one.

Night 2 featured comedy, title changes, title defences and plenty of action. 78 453 packed into the AT&T Stadium to witness the event.

WrestleMania 38 opened with The Game, Triple H, making his way down to the ring. The King of Kings left his boots in the ring, a time-honoured tradition when a wrestler officially retires. The Cerebral Assassin announced his retirement from in-ring competition recently due to health concerns. It was then on to the action.

RK-Bro vs The Street Profits vs Alpha Academy for the Raw Tag Team Titles

RK-Bro retained their titles.

Bobby Lashley vs Omos

Bobby Lashley defeated Omos.

Sami Zayn vs Johnny Knoxville

Johnny Knoxville got the win thanks to a giant mousetrap and help from some of his friends.

Queen Zelina and Carmella vs Sasha Banks and Naomi vs Rhea Ripley and Liv Morgan vs Natalya and Shayna Baszler for the Women’s Tag Team Titles

Sasha Banks and Naomi are the new Women’s Tag Team Champions.

AJ Styles vs Edge

Edge picked up the win with a mid-air spear. Damian Priest provided a slight assist, aligning himself with Edge after the match.

The New Day vs Sheamus and Ridge Holland

Sheamus and Ridge Holland picked up the win in a surprisingly quickly match.

Pat McAfee vs Austin Theory

Pat McAfee beat Austin Theory, only for Mr McMahon to enter the ring and challenge McAfee to a match. With a little help from Theory, Mr McMahon won. Stone Cold Steve Austin would then come out and stun Theory, McMahon and eventually McAfee.

Roman Reigns vs Brock Lesnar

Roman Reigns beat Brock Lesnar to be crowned the new Undisputed Universal Champion. The match itself was quite quick and basically just involved a series of finishers until Brock couldn't kick out.

WrestleMania 38 Night 2: Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns set to collide, Nigeria's Omos faces Bobby Lashley

Following an exciting and entertaining Night 1 of WrestleMania 38, WWE will be looking to put on another showcase on Night 2, Sports Brief earlier reported.

The main event between Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar has dominated headlines as the two behemoths will compete for all the gold. While all eyes will be on the main event, there are also other exciting encounters that should provide some entertainment.

There will be two other title fights on the card as the Women’s Tag Team Titles will be up for grabs as well as the Men’s Raw Tag Team Titles. The clash between AJ Styles and Edge is expected to be an instant classic.
