Top seed Carlos Alcaraz is still on track to win his first Wimbledon title.
He successfully advanced into the fourth round after beating Nicolas Jarry on Saturday.
Now, the reigning US Open champion is set to take on a very familiar foe in the form of the always-dangerous Matteo Berrettini.

Alcaraz’s road to Round 4
The Spaniard's bid for that coveted first title at the All England Club is still very much alive after he defeated Nicolas Jarry 6-3, 6-7 (6), 6-3, 7-5 in the third round of the 2023 Wimbledon Championships.
It was a gritty performance by Alcaraz, who needed three hours and 56 minutes to oust the Chilean, according to The Guardian.
Alcaraz, who recorded his 43rd match win of the season, blasted 41 winners and won 77 percent of his first serve points against the No. 25 seed.
He struggled with his return, though, winning just 38 percent of his receiving points. The world no. 1 converted five of his 14 break-point opportunities in the four-set epic.
Next up for Alcaraz is a mouth-watering fourth-round clash with Matteo Berrettini.
Alcaraz has already faced Berrettini three times in his career, with the reigning Queen’s champ leading their head-to-head matchup 2-1. They have yet to meet on grass, though.
Berrettini’s road to Round 4
The Italian star booked a spot in the fourth round of Wimbledon with an impressive 6-3, 7-6 (4), 7-6 (5) win over Alexander Zverev on Saturday.

AthleticsIt was a superb showing from Berrettini, who needed just two hours and 27 minutes to record the straight-sets win.
With the victory, he is through to the round of 16 at the All England Club for the third time in his career. He finished runner-up here in 2021.
The 27-year-old will look to sustain the momentum of that emphatic win when he takes on Alcaraz in the fourth round.
For Berrettini to record a major upset, he will need his service game to be firing on all cylinders against Alcaraz.
He won 86 percent of his first-serve points against Zverev. He also blasted 15 aces against the German, per ATP.
Another key weapon that he needs to utilize in the fourth round is his net attack. He won 16 of his 21 net points against Zverev in the third round.
