The Vodacom Bulls know how to bounce back in the biggest way.

After their surprise 27-22 loss last weekend against Munster, the Bulls were desperate to return to winning ways in the United Rugby Championship.

As noted by Rugby365, Munster outscored their hosts four tries to three to end their 21-game undefeated record.

But the Pretoria-based side weren’t going to let that loss get to them as they rebounded in fine fashion against Osprey.

The South African side scored nine tries as they beat Welsh opponents Ospreys 61-22.

Returning World Cup winners Willie le Roux, Kurt-Lee Arendse and Canan Moodie made a huge impact during the game, leading the Bulls to a convincing win.

Arendse and Moodie both scored two tries, while Le Roux also dotted down for the home side, SuperSport.com reported.

David Kriel, Kurt-Lee Arendse, Embrose Papier, and a penalty try added the other points for the Bulls, while Chris Smith knocked over seven conversions.

The big win leaves the Bulls in fourth place in the log, seven points behind leaders Glasgow Warriors.

The Warriors are currently on 58 points, four ahead of Leinster in second place. Third are Munster on 53 points, with the Bulls on 51.

Once the group stages are over, the top eight teams will qualify for the quarter-finals. Fellow South African side the Stormers are also in contention for the quarters following their 42-12 win over Leinster.

Bulls end losing streak against Stormers

Sports Brief reported how the Bulls kept the pressure on Leinster at the top of the URC table with a win over the Stormers.

The Capetonian side had beaten the Pretoria outfit in the last six meetings between the two sides, but couldn’t make it a seven.

The 40-22 victory keeps the Bulls in the hunt for the quarter-finals, with seven games to go in the round-robin stage of the competition.
