The Vodacom Bulls have put down a marker this season in the United Rugby Championship.
The Pretoria-based side put on another strong performance as they picked up a bonus point win over Connacht at Loftus.
Tries from Zak Burger (2) Kurt-Lee Arendse, Marcell Coetzee and four conversions from Johan Goosen saw the Bulls win 28-14, Sport24 reported.
The home team led 21-0 at halftime and had to contend with a fightback from the visitors, who grabbed tries thanks to Jack Aungier and David Hawkshaw. The Bulls will now go on a three-week tour after picking up three wins after securing three wins on home soil.

How did the other South African teams perform?
The Sharks, Stormers and Lions all picked up wins, with the KwaZulu-Natal side securing a nerve-wracking 20-19 win. The Lions also won away as they beat Cardiff Rugby 31-18.
Defending champions, the Stormers are also unbeaten in the tournament after securing a 34-18 win over Edinburgh.
The victory marked their 13th straight home win in the tournament, Sowetan LIVE reported. The last time they suffered defeat was to fellow South African side, the Lions, in December last year.
Two South African sides also contested last season’s final. The Stormers beat the Bulls in the final to lift the trophy.

The Bulls had to contend with a nervy finish to the game as they survived a late penalty scare, Sports Brief earlier reported.
The home side ran out 33-31 winners after Henry Immelman missed a long-range penalty attempt that would have given Edinburgh the win with the last kick of the game.
