Allison emerged victorious in the Women’s World Snooker Championships in 1985, 1986, 1988, 1989, 1991, 1993, and 1994. In addition to this, she has achieved the following:

  • In 1991 she won two Mita/Sky World Masters tournaments, triumphing in the women’s and mixed doubles categories.

"And then in 2016, I had a full hysterectomy (removal of the uterus and cervix), so three years of major surgeries. But I'm here. I'm fine. I bounced back so quickly the doctors were shocked."
