Another tragedy has happened during the dangerous Dakar Rally.
An Italian tourist, who was in Saudi Arabia to watch the event, was he killed after he was struck by a competitor's vehicle.
AFP reported that the incident happened on the stage between Riyadh and Haradh, as announced by the race's organisers. The unnamed spectator was standing behind a sand dune when the accident occurred.
