1991 SEC sacks leader Chuck Smith has become a treasure trove of how to become the best rusher in the NFL. In 2002, he established the Chuck Smith Training Systems, where he trains top NFL defensive players. Speaking to USA Today, the former Atlanta Falcons defensive end said,
