Nigerian singer Davido entertained guests as 2023 NBA MVP and Philadelphia 76ers star Joel Embiid married longtime partner Anne de Paula in Southampton on Saturday afternoon.

The Afrobeats superstar was spotted thrilling a handful of guests who turned up at the Hamptons, the venue of the ceremony.

In 2018, rumours made the rounds that Embiid was in a relationship with the Sports Illustrated model, which was later confirmed.

According to NY Post, Paula was spotted supporting her man during one of his toughest moments in the league when the Toronto Raptors eliminated the 76ers in the 2019 Eastern Conference finals.

Further reports have it that the pair already have a son together, Arthur, who was born in September 2020.

In 2021, Paula told ESPN about his relationship with the model.

“When Arthur sees him, there is no one else in the room. It is the most beautiful thing ever.

"They are like best friends. It almost felt like, with their connection, Arthur sensed something was going on."

And footage has gone viral on the internet as it captured Davido singing his hit song ‘IF’ at the wedding ceremony.

The famous singer with the moniker OBO, who was clad in a black suit, sang to the delight of the couple and the crowd gathered at the venue.

The newly-wedded were spotted smiling as they watched with amazement while the artiste did his thing.
