With NBA spreading its wings all over the world, it has attracted superstars from other sports who have become huge fans with players.

Neymar Jr is a huge basketball fan and was recently asked who are his top five greatest list of all time. Unsurprisingly, he included Miami Heat star Jimmy Butler.

He also had generational talents like Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant, Shaquille O'Neal, Stephen Curry, and LeBron James. It is a solid list, but some would question the Butler pick.

Jordan, Curry, O'neal James, and Bryant have all won four or more NBA championships and several individual accolades. Butler is 33 and has a chance to reach the level of the four.

The Heat star showed what he's capable of as he overcame the odds to reach the 2023 NBA Finals. The PSG star praised Butler's character.

"We're in close contact now. I love him, he's such a nice guy not only to me but to everyone around him. I admire him a lot not only on the court but off the court as well. This friendship is special [to me]," Neymar said via Basket News.

Neymar and Butler rekindle bromance

Butler had a special guest ahead of Game 3 of the 2023 NBA Finals against the Denver Nuggets. He was seen in a recent video having a meet-up with Neymar.

The two got together during a shootaround, with Neymar even putting up a few shots with the reigning Eastern Conference Most Valuable Player.

The Brazilian star showed Butler he could hoop as well, knocking down an elbow jumper, much to his delight. The Brazilian was ecstatic following his made basket, per Marca.

Their friendship goes way back. Butler and Neymar became pals in 2016 when they both competed at the Rio Olympics.
