Here is a list of the famous stars who rooted for the Nuggets in the championship series.

Russell Wilson and Ciara

Power couple Russell Wilson and Ciara were on hand to witness the Nuggets make history in Game 5 of the 2023 NBA Finals.

The Broncos quarterback took to Instagram to celebrate the win, writing "Such a special moment! Denver Nuggets World Champs!"

Matt Stone and Trey Parker

"South Park" creators Matt Stone and Trey Parker grew up in the state of Colorado and are avid fans of the Denver Nuggets. Such is their fandom that they have incorporated content related to the Nuggets into their animated sitcom.

Stone and Parker were spotted at Ball Arena weeks ago watching Game 2 of the Western Conference Finals between the Nuggets and the Los Angeles Lakers, per Denver Gazette.

John Elway

Elway is undoubtedly a legend in the city of Denver. The Hall of Fame quarterback played for the Broncos for 16 years, leading the team to back-to-back Super Bowl titles in 1997 and 1998.

He then became the franchise’s general manager in 2011, helping put together the 2015 Broncos squad that captured the franchise's third Vince Lombardi trophy.

During his time in Denver, Elway became a huge supporter of the Nuggets. He will surely be delighted that the franchise finally landed its first NBA championship this year.

Peyton Manning

Elway’s Super Bowl-winning quarterback in 2015 also became a Nuggets fan during his time in Denver.

Former Broncos star Peyton Manning has attended several Nuggets games in the past years, including Game 2 of this year's Western Conference Finals.

He was at Ball Arena on Monday night to witness the Nuggets make history against the Heat.

Von Miller

Miller now plays for the Buffalo Bills, but his love for the city of Denver remains.

The former Broncos linebacker cemented his status as a sporting legend in Denver when he won the Most Valuable Player award in Super Bowl 50.

Just like Elway and Manning, Miller also became a fan of the Nuggets during his time in Denver.

He was seen talking to Nikola Jokic after a Nuggets game in 2019.
