The Philadelphia 76ers completed a four-game sweep of the Brooklyn Nets, becoming the first team to reach the second round of the playoffs with a 96-88 victory on Saturday.
Tobias Harris scored 25 points and grabbed 12 rebounds for the No. 3-seeded Sixers, who made easy work of what was thought could be a tough series.
Philadelphia will wait for the winner of the series between Boston and Atlanta, where the defending Eastern Conference champion Celtics hold a 2-1 lead.
Sixers win without injured Embiid
The Sixers pulled off the Game 4 win without their star player Joel Embiid. The leading MVP candidate suffered a right knee sprain in Game 3 on Thursday night, per ESPN.

He picked up the injury early in the third quarter when he landed awkwardly after contesting a shot by Brooklyn forward Cam Johnson.
Embiid remained in the contest and made a game-saving block on Spencer Dinwiddie in the dying seconds to preserve the victory.
Sixers coach Doc Rivers said Embiid had his knee checked out right after the game “because he was complaining about some soreness behind the knee."
Harris and Harden power Sixers
Embiid’s injury didn’t stop the Sixers from finishing the Nets in Game 4 as they recorded their first sweep of any kind since the 1992 NBA Playoffs. The win against Brooklyn was Philly’s first best-of-seven series sweep since 1985.
Harris got some help from James Harden and Paul Reed, who also had double-doubles in the series clincher.

NBAHarden finished with 17 points and 11 assists, while Reed had 10 points and 15 rebounds.
Tyrese Maxey and De’Anthony Melton also scored in double figures for the Sixers, dropping 16 and 15 points, respectively.
It was a disappointing defeat for the Nets, who held a 48-40 lead at halftime. They collapsed in the third quarter, with Philadelphia unleashing a 21-4 run during that period.
The Nets have now lost ten consecutive postseason games.
