The Warriors haven't missed just Curry. Andrew Wiggins has missed a month of NBA action, leaving the defending champions languishing in a play-in spot.

Curry injured sustained a subluxated shoulder against the Indiana Pacers, per the Athletic. The injury did not require surgery and was expected to keep him out for around a month.

Curry could return vs Spurs

According to Warriors General Manager Bob Myers, Curry may return next week Friday when the Warriors play the San Antonio Spurs - their first road trip after an eight-game homestand, per ESPN.

"There have been no setbacks, so [Friday] would be a hope. That's what we would be shooting for, something in that range when he could be back. He's been, not contact, but out there doing all this stuff. He looks like the same guy. He's got a sleeve on his shoulder and arm."

Despite Curry and Wiggins missing, the Warriors have found a rhythm in the last few weeks.

Head coach, Steve Kerr has heaped praise on the rest of the team for holding down the fort in the last few games.

"I told the guys how proud I am of them for holding down the fort these last couple weeks."

The Warriors play the Orlando Magic and Phoenix Suns in their next games. These will be their last fixtures before kicking off a five-game road trip.

Lakers player call Curry unguardable

Sports Brief earlier reported on Los Angeles Lakers player, Juan Toscano-Anderson calling Stephen Curry unguardable.

The All-Star produced a phenomenal performance in the 2022 NBA Finals, cementing his status as one of the best NBA players of all time.

Toscano said that when Curry is in the zone, 'not a soul' in the basketball association was capable of guarding him.
