  • A heart-warming video is currently doing rounds on social media
  • It shows an emotional teenager trying his best to contain himself
  • This is after he got to meet Kaizer Chiefs legend Bernard Parker

The saying goes that one should never meet their heroes for they could disappoint you.

If that is truly the case, then one fan of the legendary former Kaizer Chiefs and Bafana Bafana striker, Bernard Parker is truly lucky.

A video on Twitter showed the emotional unnamed youngster in tears while interacting with the current TS Galaxy player.

This was following the team's 2-1 victory over AmaZulu at the Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban on Saturday.

The teenager could not contain himself, clearly having met his hero for the very first time in his life and making the most of it.

A smiling and understanding Parker comforted the kid in an attempt to calm him down before the video ends.

He and another fan took a photo before the Chiefs legend scampered to the bus on the way to the airport as Galaxy prepared to fly back to Nelspruit in Mpumalanga.

Rasta paints Royal AM bosses

Shauwn Mkhize and Andile Mpisane are the latest public figures to feel the proverbial brush of Rasta The Artist.

MaMkhize, the owner of Royal AM, and Mpisane, the chairman of the club, were painted by the divisive artist outside the Chatsworth Stadium in Durban.

This was during Thwihli Thwahla's 1-1 draw against SuperSport United in a DStv Premiership encounter on Saturday.

Naturally, any work that Rasta puts out will be a source of debate, considering the wildly inconsistent style which his art can take.

Viral video of 'filthy skills'

There is humiliating an opponent, and then there is REALLY humiliating your opponent, Sports Brief also reported.

Football players enjoy nothing better than embarrassing a player from the other team, with the spectators giving a mixed reaction to the pure nerve and disrespect.

A video on YouTube has shown pure evil in terms of bamboozling defenders unlucky enough to try and dispossess a particularly skillful individual.

A compilation of the silkiest moves at amateur levels in South Africa and across the continent will have you either chuckling to yourself or roaring in laughter.
