Nigeria host the Djurtus of Guinea-Bissau in a crucial Africa Cup of Nations tie at the Moshood Abiola Stadium in Abuja on Friday evening, March 24.
The visitors have affirmed that they will take the game to the Super Eagles and try to win the encounter.
Media officer of the squad, Edgar Carlos Pires admitted that although Nigeria boasted of some of the best players in the world right now, his side can still spring surprises.

"Yes, we know Nigeria is one of the most dangerous national teams in Africa and in the world. They have good players, goalkeeper, midfielders and also strikers but the national team of Guinea Bissau respect Nigeria's team."
"But the focus is to try well and to do everything on the pitch to try to win the game; it is not easy, but we have professional players and we will try to win tomorrow."
“Any game has a story and like I said the most important for us is to try. We respect the Nigeria players but we will try to do everything on the pitch to win and then we hope the match will be fine for us but we know we will fight against a big team."
