Nigerian international Odion Ighalo is based in Saudi Arabia and has always had the chance to have the best of the country’s local delicacies.
The Al-Hilal striker was spotted in a lavish restaurant alongside popular Nigerian journalist Oma Akatugba.
The pair linked up at the King Fahd International Stadium when the Saudi Arabian selected side hosted French club Paris Saint Germain.
The visitors won the tie 5-4 as Cristiano Ronaldo led the Riyadh All Stars while Lionel Messi, Neymar and Kylian Mbappe all started for the Parisians.

It was a moment for legends of the game to reunite as superstars from all over the world gathered to be part of activities marking the Saudi festival also known as Riyadh Seasons.
Ighalo was billed to star for Riyadh All Stars but was snubbed; however, he was spotted lounging in the stadium.
In a clip shared by Oma Akatugba on Instagram, Ighalo looked a little confused when he was served a local delicacy.
“Like a cooked pineapple”, he queried after picking up and tasting what looked like French Fries.

Meanwhile, Ighalo took to social media to show his fans his new look as he stepped out with his friends in Muslim garb showing his expensive car.

Ighalo who plays for Al Hilal is enjoying his football in the Saudi Arabian League and also in contention for the golden boot award this term.

Sports Brief earlier reported that Al-Hilal of Saudi Arabia striker Odion Ighalo has been ranked Nigeria’s best striker for the year 2022 according to new statistics.
International Federation of Football History & Statistics (IFFHS) rated the former Manchester United forward ahead of Napoli striker Victor Osimhen.
The former Watford and Manchester United forward placed 34th with 28 goals for Al-Shabab and Al-Hilal, while Victor Osimhen, who plays for Napoli, did not make the 67-man list.
