Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich have reportedly tendered an official bid to sign Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen from Italian outfit Napoli.
Osimhen who scored 18 goals for the Partenopei last season has been the subject of transfer talks in recent weeks.
Manchester United, Chelsea, Arsenal and Newcastle United have all been linked with the 23-year-old this summer but Bayern Munich seem more desperate, Caught Offside reports.
It was gathered that the German club have gone ahead to make enquiries about the forward as they are now looking for Robert Lewandowski’s replacement.

Reports cited by Il Mattino claim Bayern Munich have approached Napoli in their bid to sign the striker who has been valued at €100m (£85m).
It was gathered that Julian Nagelsmann’s side are unwilling to pay such an amount as they are also looking to bring in a central defender.
