Emmanuel Dennis looks almost certain to depart Vicarage Road when the season ends as the Super Eagles attacker has been attracting lots of interest from top European teams.

The 24-year-old has had a remarkable first season in the English Premier League as he has scored a total of 10 league goals for Watford this season.

According to a report via Soccernet, Villareal has now indicated an interest in the Nigerian forward and will likely make a bid for the striker when the summer transfer window opens.

The Europa League champions are ready to battle it out with other Premier League clubs including West Ham and Newcastle United for the Super Eagles striker.

Watford could be forced to sell Emmanuel Dennis if they get relegated to the Championship and make some profit from the forward whom they signed from Club Brugge for €4million just under a year ago.

Watford to demand £20m for Dennis

Meanwhile, clubs willing to sign Emmanuel Dennis when the summer transfer window opens must be willing to part with a huge sum of money as Watford aims to make a significant profit from the sale of the Nigerian.

According to the Evening Standard, the Hornets have placed a price tag of £20m on the Super Eagles striker whom they signed just a year ago for four times less.

Watford are planning a massive clear out of their top earners’ peradventure they get relegated as the likes of Ismaila Sarr are expected to leave Vicarage Road.

Earlier, Sports Brief reported Watford could be forced to cash on Super Eagles star, Emmanuel Dennis if the Hornets are relegated from the English Premier League.

Roy Hodgson’s team has struggled for form this season and are presently ranked 19th on the league table with just 6 matches to the end of the season.

Watford has amassed a total of 22 points from 32 games played and are 7 points behind Everton who occupies the 17th spot in the league.
