Vinicius has scored 50 goals for Real Madrid since making his senior team debut in 2018 and has become one of the club’s key players under Carlo Ancelotti.

The Brazilian winger has already won seven titles since joining the Spanish club, including a Champions League title, two La Liga titles, and most recently the FIFA Club World Cup.

Vinicius return for Osasuna clash

Meanwhile, Real Madrid has been boosted by the return of forward Vinicius Junior for their La Liga trip to Osasuna this weekend, Football Espana reports.

The Brazilian star is back from a one game ban and will be available for Carlo Ancelotti’s men as they try to revive their La Liga title hopes.

Real Madrid are currently eight points behind Barcelona and will need all points against Osasuna to keep the pressure on the Catalan giants as the race for the league title continues.

Vinicius omitted from FIFPRO World XI

Earlier, Sports Brief reported the shortlist for the FIFPRO Men’s World XI was announced on Monday, with Real Madrid forward, Vinicius Junior one of the biggest names to be omitted on the list.

The 22-year-old forward had an outstanding year, winning the UEFA Champions League, La Liga and the Spanish Super Cup with Los Blancos, but his output was apparently not good enough for him to make the list.

Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, Kylian Mbappe, Erling Haaland and Robert Lewandowski are some of the big stars named on the list ahead of Vinicus Jr.
