According to Sportskeeda, there are fears within PSG that at least two of their three superstars could quit the French giants by the end of the season.

Should they have to choose between the three players in a difficult transfer decision, it is thought the Parisians' hierarchy will prioritise keeping French forward, Mbappe.

Even though the 24-year-old signed a lucrative two-year contract last summer, the player's long-term future at the Parc de Princes is still not guaranteed.

Neymar, Messi, Mbappe to end?

Meanwhile, PSG are considering putting an end to the Mbappe, Messi, and Neymar attacking trident come next season, Get Football reports.

PSG sporting director, Luis Campos is already working on next summer’s transfer window and has lined up three targets for the French giants.

Randal Kolo Muani, Marcus Thuram, and Manu Kone are said to be in consideration to replace the Argentine and Brazilian ahead of next season.

Has Messi failed at PSG?

Sports Brief also reported on ex-PSG star, Jerome Rothen being unimpressed by Messi’s contribution at Parc des Princes since joining in 2021 from Barcelona.

The Argentine has failed to reach the heights that saw him win seven Ballon d’Or awards and four Champions League trophies during his time with the Catalan giants.

Rothen has now urged PSG to label Messi’s transfer a failure and has suggested the 35-year-old forward is still suffering mentally from his emotional Camp Nou exit.
