France defender Presnel Kimpembe spent time in West African country Senegal during the last international break.
The Paris Saint Germain player traveled to Senegal alongside teammate Idrissa Gueye as he took time off to relax during the break.
In photos posted on Twitter, the 2018 World Cup winner is seen in a picture with President of Senegal Macky Sall.
Kimpembe spent time to discuss football related issues with the newly crowned African champions and he opens his doors to help the continent.
The 26-year-old played a vital role as France won the World Cup four years ago in Russia and has been a consistent member of Le Blues.
He is also an integral member of the Paris Saint Germain team, and despite having a tough campaign, the capital-based side are on course to winning the French Ligue 1 title.
Senegal, Morocco, Ghana, Tunisia and Cameroon qualify for World Cup
Earlier, Sports Brief reported that Morocco made light work of their World Cup play-off opponent DR Congo to seal a spot at Qatar 2022, joining Ghana and Senegal as representatives from the continent.
A strong display by the Atlas Lions saw them score two goals at either side of half time to stroll past DR Congo 4-1 at the Mohammed V stadium.
The North Africans qualified 5-2 on aggregate after the two-legged game.
