Xolani "Blackberry" Nkala warned about excessive Kasi Flava showboating by TTM coach Johnny Ferreira
No more pointless showboating!
These are the stern words of Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila head coach Johnny Ferreira to exciting new signing Xolani "Blackberry" Nkala. As reported by Sports Brief, Nkala captured the football world's imagination with some sensational, amusing, and downright disrespectful skills during the DStv eKasi Champ of Champions in June.
These antics earned the 26-year-old a contract with TTM. Recently, former Amazulu director Lunga Sokhela went on Twitter to harshly criticise 'kasi flava', calling it a circus. There have been instances in which local players have been booked by unamused referees who called their acts fouls going against the spirit of the game.
