France youth international, Boubacar Kamara is set for nationality switch and represent the country of his parents Senegal.
According to L'Equipe, the Olympique Marseille player has been in contact with the Senegal Football Federation as the process of getting him play for them at the World Cup begins.
Kamara has represented France at youth levels but he is eligible to play for the Teranga Lions, because of his lack of senior international cap with France.
The 22-year-old has been in contact with Senegal coach Aliou Cisse, who has been talking to him about his chances of representing the African champions.
The Olympique Marseille youngster has never hidden his love for Senegal and was spotted celebrating their AFCON success in February.
His teammates Bamba Dieng and Pape Gueye, who are Senegal internationals have also been speaking to him about the national team.
He is expected to announce his intention to play for Senegal in the coming days.
