Rustenburg is set for a takeover of note ahead of the Nedbank Cup final between champions Marumo Gallants and Mamelodi Sundowns on Saturday evening.
The match will kick off at 18:00, with gates to the Royal Bafokeng Stadium in Phokeng opening at 15:00 to allow for the Covid-19 testing of spectators.
According to Blazon Magazine, the two-day affair will start on Friday at the Phokeng Mall, where fans will get to interact with heavyweights Siphiwe Tshabalala and Jerry Sikhosana to name a few in various activities.

FootballMyKasiNews reported that musicians Blxckie, Pabi Cooper, Reece Madlisa and Zuma will set the stadium alight with their hit tracks. The legendary TKZee and Mafikizolo will round off the pre-match concert, which will be shown live on the channels broadcasting the match.

FootballAs reported by Sports Brief, Masandawana dispatched of Royal AM in KwaZulu-Natal to set up a clash with Marumo Gallants in the final.
Sundowns scored in the second half thanks to a freekick by Aubrey Modiba. Modiba’s effort hit the wall and looped past the Royal AM keeper and into the back of the net just after the hour mark.
