Man United stars want No.7 shirt
According to The Sun, three Man United players are currently eyeing the No.7 shirt worn by Ronaldo after the forward's exit.
The publication reports January signings Wout Weghorst and Marcel Sabitzer had the opportunity to bid for it but settled for No27 and No15 respectively.
It is understood that Jadon Sancho is the leading contender for the No7 jersey even as he continues to battle for form and fitness.
Sancho wore the shirt during his spell with Borussia Dortmund but had to settle for No25.
Man United could understandably look into the future and hand the shirt to youngster Alejandro Garnacho, who is currently sporting No49.
