- The 'Special One' once disclosed that he had only one problem with the Portuguese striker while in the Spanish capital
Former Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho seemed to have warned Erik Ten Hag about Portuguese striker Cristiano Ronaldo.
CR7, last weekend, allegedly told Manchester United to accept offers for him as the striker is desperate to leave the club.
It was gathered that the 37-year-old is unhappy about the wage cut he received after the Red Devils failed to qualify for the Champions League, Manchester Evening News reports.
Manchester United dropped to the Europa League after finishing sixth in the Premier League last season, and the five-time Ballon d’Or winner is unimpressed.

Back in 2013, during his time as Real Madrid manager, Mourinho revealed an issue he had managing the Portuguese great.
He explained to the Daily Telegraph (via Bleacher Report):
"A coach and player may have their differences at a given time, but it ends there. I don't have any problem.
"I had only one problem with him, very simple, very basic. When a coach criticises a player from a tactical viewpoint trying to improve what in my view could have been improved.
"And at this moment he didn't take it very well because maybe he thinks he knows everything and the coach cannot help him to develop anymore."
Ronaldo not part of Man Utd pre-season tour
Meanwhile, Cristiano Ronaldo will not take part in Manchester United’s pre-season tour of Asia and Australia as the forward has still not resumed pre-season training with the club.

Man Utd intensify Lisandro Martinez's chase
Sports Brief earlier reported that Manchester United are confident they can sign Lisandro Martinez from Dutch Eredivisie champions Ajax this summer after tabling an improved offer for the Argentine defender.
The Red Devils are in a race with fellow Premier League rivals Arsenal to sign the 24-year-old defender who has been identified as a key target for Erik ten Hag.
Manchester United has now tabled an improved bid of €50million to persuade Ajax to sell Martinez as the figure looks way above what the Gunners can afford to pay.
