Bayern Munich, who are German champions, are reportedly considering making a move for Manchester United forward Cristiano Ronaldo as a replacement for Robert Lewandowski.

Cristiano Ronaldo is currently said to be unhappy at Manchester United because of the club's transfer business, as they are yet to sign any big player ahead of the coming season.

The Premier League side failed to win any titles last season and they were also unable to finish among the top four teams, which means that the Red Devils will be campaigning next term in the Europa League.

Manchester United ready to offload five more players to finance new summer signings for Erik Ten Hag

Earlier, Sports Brief had reported how Manchester United appears cash-strapped at the moment and are looking to offload players to finance the signing of potential targets this summer transfer window.

The Red Devils are now willing to let go of five fringe players from their current squad to generate enough funds for the new manager, Erik ten Hag to buy players.

Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Eric Bailly, Phil Jones, Axel Tuanzebe, and Brandon Williams have been made aware that their future lies away from the club.

United have already let go of seven first-team players this summer, including Paul Pogba, Nemanja Matic, and Juan Mata, following a massive clear-out of unreliable players at the Old Trafford club.
