And to help the five-time Ballon d'Or winner celebrate the special day, Georgina surprised Ronaldo with an eight-seater Cadillac Escalade worth $150,000.
According to The Sun, Cristiano took delivery of the four-wheeled high-end car just hours after blowing out the candles on a CR7 birthday cake made by Georgina.
In a video shared on Georgina's Instagram stories, the Spanish model can be seen watching on after opening the door of their Cheshire home to surprise the Man United star with the gift.

Man United plan to replace Ronaldo
Earlier, Sports Brief reported Man United are expected to strengthen the attack line during the summer transfer window once they appoint a permanent replacement for Rangnick.
United are believed to be keeping tabs on Real Sociedad striker Alexander Isak who they want as a replacement for Ronaldo.
However, the Red Devils look set to face stiff competition in their pursuit for the 22-year-old with both Chelsea and Arsenal interested.
