As reported by Daily Star, the 25-year-old spent five-and-half seasons under Guardiola and was spotted having a word with the Spanish manager after the match, after which the coach planted a kiss on his former striker's cheeks.

Despite City's win and ascension to the top of the Premier League table, Arsenal still holds an advantage with a game in hand. Jesus's return will be welcome news to Arteta, as he might need help in their title push for the remainder of the season.
