Pep is known for directing crafty comments toward rival teams, coaches and players, and his post-match reaction wasn't any different.

Although his side scored six brilliant goals, the Spaniard said his side was 'sloppy' and could've been much better, according to Football365.

Guardiola faults his City team

City demolished United in the first half, scoring four goals.

“It was really good [in the first half]. We scored four goals and could have scored more. After half-time it was more difficult."
"We can win or lose, but there are many things we can do better. Some players were not good today, so they have to improve."

The legendary manager said his side could've been more diligent in their passing.

“Perfection doesn’t exist, it’s impossible. But we must try to look there. We did good, we can do better; many, many players had sloppy passes. This is not good. We have to be more consistent. In some areas, we were still not good.

City are the only unbeaten team in the league this season and are a point behind league leaders Arsenal, according to Daily Mail.

Erling Haaland's record-breaking season

Sports Brief earlier reported on Erling Haaland passing legendary Premier League strikers with his derby day hat-trick.

The Norwegian hitman not only became the first player to score three straight hat-tricks at home, but also netted three hat-tricks in just eight games.

The Likes of Luis Suarez, Fernando Torres, Ruud Van Nistelrooy, Michael Owen and Andrew Cole took way more matches to score three hat-tricks.
