Premier League club Manchester City are ready to make Erling Haaland the highest-paid player in the English topflight if the Norwegian joins from Borussia Dortmund, Daily Mail reports.
The Citizens are leading the race for the 21-year-old striker as they close in on their chase to land him as soon as the summer transfer window opens.
