And according to CaughtOffisde, the Reds are looking at beefing up their squad with the signings of Jude Bellingham and the Ajax star.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano in his latest for Daily Briefing on CaughtOffisde confirmed interest from Liverpool in the Ghanaian World Cup star.
“The Reds have also been linked with Mohammed Kudus, but at the moment there’s nothing concrete on this one. Kudus was close to joining Everton in the summer, but then deal collapsed because Ajax wanted to keep their best players after so many other sales," said Romano.
“Let’s see if Liverpool decide to make more than one signing in midfield, but for the moment I’m sure Bellingham remains their top priority.”
Kudus has been in blistering form this season, netting ten goals across all competitions, with one coming against the English side in the UEFA Champions League.
