A random fan who was holidaying in Majorca got the treat of a lifetime after linking up with Liverpool midfielder Fabinho.

The lad, Brenden Ryan had been enjoying his holidays in the sandy beaches of Spain’s Balearic Islands.

Ryan, who works as a Customs Officer in Gilbatar, went for a sunbath on Wednesday afternoon when the delightful encounter happened.

While relaxing on the beach. Ryan spotted Fabinho, also enjoying an afternoon sunbath with his wife.

"I was lying down and when I got up for a swim, I noticed they were lying down on the sunbeds behind me," Ryan told SPORTbible. "I went over and asked him if he didn't mind taking a photo with me."

In what was an interesting slice of luck, Fabinho was then spotted outside the lad’s hotel room the following day, and the two proceeded to organize a kickabout at the beach.

The Liverpool superstar kept his promise and the pair had an interesting bonding session, which somehow morphed into an unlikely friendship.

"He was a great guy, very humble and easy to speak to. We played football a couple of times throughout the day and spoke about his football career and just life in general." Brenden added.

The cherry on top of what was an exciting holiday for Brenden Ryan was the fact that Fabinho went on to follow him on Instagram, and the Liverpool ace also shared the video of the pair playing football.

Fabinho is enjoying a last-minute holiday, before he returns to join his Liverpool teammates in Kirkby on July 4.
