According to a report via the Daily Mirror, Liverpool fans are preparing a minute of applause in the 7th minute of the game to honour Cristiano Ronaldo and his partner, Georgina Rodriguez following the sad incident.

The Reds supporters join the rest of the football world including Manchester United, Real Madrid, and Arsenal to empathize with the 37-year-old forward.

Manchester United travels to Merseyside on Tuesday evening, and due to the unfortunate circumstances, the 37-year-old is unlikely to play for the Red Devils.
