Chris Hughton has been appointed the new head coach of the Ghana national team.
The former Brighton & Hove Albion and Newcastle United manager will be assisted by ex-Aston Villa midfielder, George Boateng and former Ghana international, Mas Ud Didi Dramani.
All three technical men worked with Otto Addo during the World Cup in Qatar, with Hughton serving as technical advisor.
With thousands of applications received for the vacant job, the Ghana Football Association selected the former Northern Ireland player as coach of the Black Stars.

"The Ghana Football Association has the pleasure to appoint Chris Hughton as Head Coach of the Black Stars following extensive deliberations between the two parties," the FA wrote on their official website.
"The appointment is in line with the vision of the GFA to continue with the project of building a formidable squad that started with Otto Addo in the lead up to the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 tournament."
The GFA also mentioned Hughton's role as technical advisor for the national team over the past year.
The Black Stars will return to action in March for the double-header of AFCON qualifiers against Angola.
Hughton accepts technical advisor role
Sports Brief also reported on the reason why former Newcastle manager, Hughton accepted a role to become Ghana's technical advisor for the Nigeria clash.
After the west Africans' abysmal performance at AFCON, the Black Stars were searching for a new coach after the sacking of Milovan Rajevac.

FootballHowever, the GFA settled on Otto Addo as the caretaker coach of the national team with Hughton acting instead as the technical advisor.
Hughton arrives for Ghana job
Hughton has arrived in Accra, ahead of a meeting with the GFA over the vacant Black Stars coaching job, Sports Brief also reported.
The former Brighton manager was linked with the Black Stars job after the dismissal of Rajevac, following the AFCON disappointment.
In a photo posted on Twitter, the 63-year-old was spotted with a friend before this week's reported meeting with the country's FA.
