Gyasi put up an impressive display to help his side seal a vital away victory at the Dacia Arena.
The visitors needed two points in the remaining two rounds to guarantee Serie A safety.
Udinese took the lead through Nahuel Molina in the 26th minute of the game but Salva Ferrer whipped in the cross to bag the equaliser for Spezia
Spezia took the lead thanks to Ghana international Gyasi, who took a snapshot after profiting from Ferrer’s second assist.
Things got worse for Udinese two minutes into the second half as Giulio Maggiore drilled home a low shot.
