Like Ronaldo, Gyan is also currently Ghana’s all-time top scorer with 51 goals in an international career that has last over a decade and a half.

Ronaldo could set new record

Ronaldo could write his name in football's history book as the only footballer to score in ten international tournaments if he hit the back of the net at the Mundial in Qatar.

The 37-year-old was instrumental as Portugal booked their place at the World Cup after they sunk North Macedonia 2-0 in their qualifier final played on Tuesday night.

The Seleção are expected to be seeded ahead of the World Cup which is set to take place on Friday, 1st April at a gala event to be held in Doha, Qatar.

Ronaldo's Portugal are facing the daunting task of earning a ticket for the global extravaganza set for Qatar.
